Who are we?
Lanarkshire Pride CIC is a community-led organisation working to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people across Lanarkshire.
We create spaces where people can feel safe, seen, supported and connected. Through our year-round Pride Connect programme, we bring LGBTQ+ people together through regular groups, activities and opportunities for friendship, confidence and community.
We also deliver Lanarkshire Pride, our annual celebration of visibility, equality and inclusion — creating a positive, public space for LGBTQ+ people and allies to come together and be proud.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel that they belong. We work to challenge inequality and intolerance, strengthen community connections and make Lanarkshire a more inclusive place for LGBTQ+ people all year round.

Lanarkshire Pride 2027
Our event is in development — and we need your support!
Lanarkshire Pride is hoping to return in 2027, and we’re excited to confirm that planning for our next event is now underway. The small team at Lanarkshire Pride CIC is working behind the scenes to build an inclusive, vibrant, and safe celebration for our LGBTQ+ community, families, friends and allies across Hamilton, Blantyre, East Kilbride, Rutherglen, Cambuslang and beyond.
As a small community-led CIC, we are building this year’s Pride from the ground up — and while the event is still under construction, we’re committed to shaping something truly special for Lanarkshire.
