Training Services
Lanarkshire Pride CIC delivers practical, down-to-earth LGBTQ+ inclusion training for businesses, schools, youth groups, charities and community organisations across Lanarkshire. Our training is designed to meet people where they are — building understanding, improving confidence and giving teams the practical tools they need to create safer, more welcoming spaces for everyone.
We combine lived experience, local insight and professional expertise to help organisations strengthen their culture, improve services, and meet their responsibilities around equality. Whether you’re taking your first steps into LGBTQ+ inclusion or looking to deepen existing work, we offer supportive, accessible sessions that make a real difference.
